Join two New York State guides , Lee Godin and Peter Cooper with their three yellow labradors for an unparalleled pheasant hunting experience. Go field to table and be a Food Pioneer! This experience is in an intimate setting with three hunters per guide. Each attendee receives individualized instruction while in the field on how to better hone their skills. Watch and learn how guides work and train their dogs including pointing an flushing.
Your day will start between 10-10:30 am, please find some friends to carpool with!
What is provided:
4-5 Pheasants - On average between 2-4lbs a bird, flushing speed between 30-40 MPH!
Shotgun and Ammunition for the day.

50 Rounds of Clay Piegons - Learn from one of our guides on proper technique, etiquette and more before hitting the field and going after your quarry
A butchering demonstration and hands on experience on how to breast birds, clean whole birds and other techniques for using the bird.
A wild game cooking demonstration.
Wild Game Recipes to take home to practice after harvesting your quarry and share with family and friends.
Backcountry Lunch and snacks are provided throughout the day.
What you need to bring:
Yourself and a cooler to bring your catch back home.
